With our advanced truck-mounted systems, carpets are usually dry within 2 to 4 hours. Upholstery may take a bit longer depending on the material and level of soiling. Drying times are significantly reduced compared to standard portable machines.
Yes, we move most standard furniture as part of the service. Items like sofas, chairs, and tables are shifted with care. We don’t move heavy or delicate pieces such as pianos, large cabinets, or electronics for safety and insurance reasons.
We treat stains using a range of specialist spotters and solvents, and in most cases, we achieve excellent results. However, not all stains can be removed completely — success depends on the type of stain, how long it’s been there, whether previous cleaning attempts have been made, and the fibres involved. We’ll advise you at the quotation stage so there are no surprises.
Yes. All our cleaning solutions are professional-grade, biodegradable, and safe for use around pets and children once dry. We take health and safety seriously and never use harsh or harmful chemicals in the home.
