1. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments are subject to availability and confirmed via phone or email.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Emergency or short-notice bookings are accepted where possible.

2. Services

  • Services will be performed as described on our website or agreed quotation.

  • A free visual inspection will be carried out before cleaning.

  • We will advise if any materials are unsuitable for cleaning.

  • Results may vary depending on the condition of materials and existing damage or staining.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion unless agreed in advance.

  • We accept cash, card, or instalments via our “Pay in Three” option.

  • Overdue payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations may be charged a callout fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied, notify us within 7 days.

  • We will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional cost.

  • If still unsatisfied, we may offer a partial or full refund.

6. Liability

  • We are fully insured.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.

  • Customers must notify us of fragile, antique, or high-value items before cleaning.
