We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

Emergency or short-notice bookings are accepted where possible.
2. Services

Services will be performed as described on our website or agreed quotation.

A free visual inspection will be carried out before cleaning.

We will advise if any materials are unsuitable for cleaning.

Results may vary depending on the condition of materials and existing damage or staining.
3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless agreed in advance.

We accept cash, card, or instalments via our “Pay in Three” option.

Overdue payments may incur additional charges.
4. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations may be charged a callout fee.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional cost.
